Little 'P'

This little guy, who was less than 2 weeks old, was a challenge. Poor baby was very cranky and didn't want to fall asleep or sit without crying for more than a few seconds at a time. I hope he starts feeling better soon! Babies this age are so unpredictable. Here are two photos I got from our long session this morning.

Five Week Old Little Man!

Little "A" is 5 weeks old and as cute as a button with big beautiful blue eyes. He was cooperative and snuggled right into this gorgeous basket. He was helpful and slept for a lot of our session this afternoon. I can't wait to share some more!

Technical issues...

My computer died. I'm waiting for some parts to come. Hopefully they'll be here early this week. If you are waiting for an email response from me or something else, please be patient, I will get to you soon!

Quiet...

I was working on editing some from the session with this baby girl and had to share this one. I saw her in church on Sunday and she is still teeny tiny and a beautiful little one.

Little Lady

At the risk of being redundant with all of these angels, I just had to share this one from our session this morning. Little girls are so much fun to photograph. The rain held out and this little charmer was very willing to do almost everything I asked. I can't wait to share the rest of the pictures from this session. This little girl is my girlfriend's daughter, remember her?
I was having fun playing around with this one. A vintage look for you. I'm working on posting larger images, we'll see how they work out.

My Angel...

I have a hard time photographing my youngest daughter. She is always on the run and will give me dirty looks or silly cheesy smiles anytime I take out the camera. Well, tonight I begged her to get a few photos of her as an angel. I am making an abc book of her and am starting at the beginning with "a". I was thrilled that she cooperated. Here are a few from tonight.

A Happy Family and a Little Princess

Little Miracle

This precious, teeny tiny baby girl is the baby of a good friend of mine. In these pictures you can't really tell that she is only a little bit over 5lbs. Her mommy had a rough pregnancy, but was a trooper and carried this little one safely until her delivery a week and 1/2 ago. I couldn't have asked for a better baby to photograph today! She was awake for about 10 minutes, just long enough to get those little awake shots, then she fell asleep and was willing to let me pose her as much as I wanted for the rest of the 2 hours I was there!! Sugar and Spice

and everything nice! This little girl is such a beauty. She is a little, tiny feminine version of her big brother seen here at the beach. Baby "S" is a perfect addition to this wonderful family.

Mr. M

Oh my...

I'm having so much fun going through the pictures I took last week. These kids were all just gorgeous! I had to share this one.

Brothers

Blue eyed boys were on the schedule this morning! Both brothers had the most beautiful blue eyes, it was refreshing! I enjoyed the time we spent together this morning, catching up with mom (who I used to teach with before we both had kids) and chasing around little "P" and big brother "L". They did make me work, but it was worth it. I'm happy that our little adventures produced some great portraits for their parents. *click on any picture to see it larger*

Another Angel Growing Up...

This precious angel was one of my first clients when I had just started out. I was thrilled to hear that they wanted photos again. Precious little "H" is an independent 17 month old who was running all over the place. She was so cooperative and put on the angel wings and pettiskirt with no problems! Perfect Little Man

Baby "L" was a perfect little gentleman. He started off our session sleepy and was so easy to put in different positions. As time went on he woke up. We tried and tried to get him back to sleep, but he wouldn't fall asleep. He didn't cry, but just wanted to see the world. Such a perfect little boy! *click on any picture to see it larger*

Two...

Yep, he's two and was a typical moody two year old, with all of his ups and downs, for our session this morning. Little "O", who is as cute as a button, was a little grumpy, but did show his happy side here and there. I hope I was able to catch it with my camera! Look at him!! How could those eyes not melt your heart?

She's Growing Up!

This little beauty is nine months old and starting to get around a lot. Last time she had a photo session, she was much smaller. Remember her here? She has grown and is bright eyed and fair skinned. She is beautiful! I'm so glad her mom called me again! I love watching these little ones grow up. (click on any photo to see it larger)

Again...

I seem to be doing this a lot lately. I just find a winner in the bunch of pictures I'm editing and have to share. I could get used to photographing adults... it was a nice change from chasing around children who don't want to look at me nor my camera.

A Fun Model!

My gorgeous friend needed some headshots. I wasn't sure what I was going to do. Well, she made it so easy for me. She's beautiful and the camera loved her. Here are a couple from tonight's session. (My 18 year old brother asked her if she was getting senior portraits.. he was shocked to learn that she is my age)

A Little Gentleman

This 4 year old started off our session with a bang. He was willing to do just about anything I asked and really knew how to work the camera. He brought his own props in front of the camera most of the morning. His great personality and attitude made my job a lot easier than it could have been. Take a look at him!

She's Here!

Take a look at this beautiful little girl. Remember the mom-to-be who I took pictures of a few weeks ago? She had this beautiful baby girl and I had the chance to play with her today. Mom looked fantastic for just having her. Take a look at this cutie!

Big Brother

I was busy editing photos from the handsome baby angel session the other day when I came across this treasure. Look at the big brother. Isn't he a gorgeous little boy? You should see those eyes in color. What a cutie! I just had to share this one.

Mackenzie

Meet Mackenzie and her family. Mackenzie greeted me with a lick and a sniff. She was a perfect lady. She is getting older and her family wanted some pictures of them all together. I was thrilled to have this opportunity. Mackenzie is a great dog! Her parents were pretty fun, too!

Little Sir

Baby #3 on the way!

Look at this perfect baby belly. This mommy is soon going to be mommy to a precious little girl. Their 3rd baby is due in less than a month. Doesn't mom look fabulous!?! I have more and will post another soon, but for now, I'm taking care of a sick 3 year old at my house. I can't wait to meet this little baby!

Cousins!

I had the pleasure of photographing these two precious little girls this morning. "C" is just about 8 weeks and "L" 4 weeks old. They both were the prettiest little girls.
